Do You Have a Job or a Career?

There is a difference between having a job and having a career. People with a career tend really enjoy their work and it helps to fulfill them. You may think about stuff during the evening.
A job is a place you go to each day to make money. When you leave your job at the end of the day, you forget about it. You don’t stay up at night thinking about something you need to get done the next day.
Either way you need to make sure that work doesn’t take over your life. I buy into the philosophy that that there needs to be a balance in everything you do. If you let work take over your life, you run the risk of losing everything including family and friends.
